We help training providers, education teams and service businesses improve their websites, web applications and the work between their tools.
Start with a focused improvement. Scope and dates agreed together.
Built with care, by a small Sri Lankan team.
Have a web product or workflow in another sector?
Let’s see if we’re a fit
01 / Services & starting points
Choose the change you have in mind. See a small example, then explore a possible first project.
The situation
Someone finds the right course, then lands on a general contact page. They have to explain what they were looking at all over again.
A possible first projectA defined website-to-enquiry journey around your existing offer.
Connect the course page to a focused enquiry, keeping its context and checking only the information needed for the next conversation.
Keep the context of the first click.
Example / EXAMPLE–01Website → focused enquiry
Choose a route and try it. The course context should travel with the visitor.
The principleKeep useful context between steps. Ask for information once.
Illustrative only. Nothing is sent or stored. See our actual product work.
02 / From our own product
In-house productScienceDojo brings course access, learning interfaces and saved progress into one platform.
Our own product, not a client commission. Explore the actual interfaces using sample data.

03 / Our website & connected operations
In-house implementationA website should make the next step clear—and keep the enquiry safe when someone takes it.
Our own enquiry flow saves the brief before sending a notification, so an email problem leaves something we can recover.

Save it privately before sending a notification.
Keep a way to recover if email fails.

04 / How we work

One journey, feature or integration, with a defined scope and completion checks.
An agreed set of priorities, with team availability, reviews and support arranged for the work.
Piumal starts with the people using it, your existing tools and the part that needs to change. We check whether a setting or existing integration could solve it first.
A clear problemAgree one useful scope, the inputs you provide, completion checks, fees and dates.
An agreed briefWork in visible stages, review the actual experience and check it against the brief.
Working softwareAgree source, setup, usage and handover arrangements. Further development and support have their own scope.
A clear handoverA small Sri Lankan team
Piumal leads your first conversation. Together, we bring product thinking, engineering and interface design to the brief.

The right problem
Customer discovery, product requirements, learning design and client communication.

A solid foundation
Technical architecture, full-stack delivery and integrations.

A thoughtful experience
Frontend development, interface design and usability.
A few useful answers
Different projects need different arrangements. We agree them before the work begins.
Learning and education are where our own product experience runs deepest. We also consider suitable websites, web applications and connected workflows for other service businesses. You do not need to use the ScienceDojo platform; engineering and learning design are separate offers.
Yes, we can discuss a defined React or Next.js feature, interface or workflow improvement. We review the relevant code, requirements and access arrangements before agreeing the work. For a tool connection, we check available settings, native integrations and platform restrictions first.
Yes. One website journey, application feature or integration is a useful starting point. We agree what is included, the inputs you provide and how we will check completion before development begins.
The estimate depends on the scope, existing code and content, required integrations, review work and acceptance checks. We clarify the important unknowns first, then agree fees, dates and the delivery team. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and continuing support are identified in the brief rather than assumed to be included.
We agree source access, usage rights, account ownership, third-party licences and setup or usage notes as part of the brief. The handover should make the agreed work understandable and maintainable. These arrangements are confirmed for your project before it begins.
We can discuss further features or a continuing development arrangement. Priorities, team availability, review cadence, maintenance and support responsibilities are agreed separately. A focused build does not automatically include ongoing hosting, monitoring or incident cover.
We agree completion checks for the actual journey: what users need to do, required screen sizes and browsers, relevant permissions and failure or recovery paths. You review working software against that brief. Any specialist testing or assurance your project needs must be identified and agreed in scope.
Our current focus is web software: websites, web applications and connected workflows. Computer repairs, office networks, a managed IT help desk and round-the-clock operational support are outside this offer.
